Australis is not shipping in Firefox 28, yet critical Australis release issues are already being filed. We want a place to track those bugs for release (in 29) so we'd like to create tracking-firefox29 before 2013-12-09.
So basically create flags tracking-firefox29 and status-firefox29 with the same field values and permissions as the other current flags? We also need to update quite a few other fields that tie in the Firefox versions such as Thunderbird/Seamonkey/etc. For more detailed information see https://wiki.mozilla.org/BMO/new-version dkl
From that page, we don't want the milestone, version, "Hide old custom field flags" or Fennec/Thunderbird/SeaMonkey changes yet. Just the cf_status_firefox*/cf_tracking_firefox* changes. The other changes should wait until the actual migration day.
