Step to reproduce the failure:
1. Turn the cellphone on.
2. Go to "Settings".
3. Select "Cellular & Data".
4. Go to "Mobile Network".
5. Turn on "Data Connection".
6. Go to Marketplace.
7. Select an application with price higher than MXN$60,00 (US$3,99).
8. Click the button with the price to start the purchase.
9. Enter the PIN.
Observed behavior:
From step 9, the purchase confirmation page is displayed, but the user cannot decide between carrier billing or crdit card payment.
The problem show only the credit card info to fulfilled and no option to change it or pay using a different method.
The problem persists if the user is changed or using a brand new account. This is reproduced in Wi-Fi mode.
Expected behavior:
The correct result it should be that the purchase confirmation page is diaplayed, and the user is notified that the buying is only allow with credit card payment.
