User Story:
As a web developer I want to display an alert/prompt/confirm dialog to the user to provide them with information or request information from them.

Acceptance Criteria:
Functionality should match existing Browser functionality unless described otherwise in UX spec.

Note: 
This bug is mainly to ensure this use case is already satisfied after the Browser becomes part of System.

I ran through a few test cases, and it appears that alert(), confirm(), and prompt() all seem to work. I also did not see any updates about these popups in the spec. Going to resolve for now, but please re-open if anything is missing/broken still.
