Platform : x86_64 Windows 8 Metro, Windows 7
Build : Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.2; rv:28.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/28.0

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Launch Firefox
2.Click on Menu Panel (the "customize and control nightly" icon, shown as 3 horizontal bars, on the right most side of the address bar)
3.click on history or help button

Actual:
The menu panel and the history or help pop-up menu do not completely overlap and the partial strip of menu panel left does not look neat. See the attached screenshot.

Expected:
The menu panel should be completely hidden when the history or help pop-up menu comes up such that it looks neat.
This was an intentional design decision to provide a way for the user to get back to the main view of the menu panel.
