With bug 881957, a toaster is displayed when the SIM PIN code is changed. For the sake of consistency, what other changes should be notified by a similar toaster?

Changing the SIM PIN2 code and enabling FDN comes to mind (very similar workflow); should that be applied to other settings, too?

Yes, I think it's very important to let user knows that system status, too. 

As we discussed with Evelyn, We still have not system toast API. So, for now, I agree using notification instead of create one toast and just only for change password. But this is not for long tern design. We still need system toast for many situations. 

Please hold this. I will bring this topic to next week's UX work week to discuss and define system toast style.

For v2.1, we will still use the current style for system toast (status), and hopefully change the visual style in v2.2. Therefore, I would suggest to use the toast (status) style defined in http://buildingfirefoxos.com/building-blocks/status.html for now.
