Details

Now that Codemirror is in "Style Editor" and "Scratchpad" would be nice to be able to use vim keybindings on those editors.
we've already got the codemirror keycommands in tree so this should be fairly easy. All we need is a pref and a dropdown or selector in the options panel to select our preferred shortcuts.
