I had customized my toolbar to remove two buttons from the toolbar (the Gecko Profiler add-on button and the share button) and after I restarted my browser, both icons are now back on the toolbar.
SDK buttons like the gecko profiler: bug 854226. Share button can't yet be removed, and bug 940946 fixed customize mode so you really can't remove it.
