Normally when you use the javascript menus which are included on the site and
you go down to the 2nd level. It displays the cascading menu next to the current
menu but in the latest builds (including 0.9.3) they are displayed at the top of
the screen.

Note my site now crashes in the latest build so not sure what is going on.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Load Webpage
2. Mouse over menus on the left
3. Choose Services
4. Choose Consulting

Actual Results:  The Cascading menu displays at top of the screen

Expected Results:  It displays next to the currently displayed menu.

This stopped working before 0.9.3 branched and before 073003. I don't know
exactly when, because i dont often load my site from Mozilla.

Well, I crash on loading this site on linux 2001-08-07-08, but that is a
separate issue.

Anyway, this is because of bug 90617, and doing a wget for the source confirmed
it.  marking dependency.

Ksozez, you mentioned this is your site, so I'm sending to evangelism and
assigning to you.  Re-assign to bclary if this is not the case.

Version 4.0.14 of the HierMenus code has just been posted at the WebReference
site that addresses this issue, and web authors are encouraged to download and
update their HM code (which now works as intended for NS6.0, 6.1, and Mozilla
builds before and after 20010726). Perhaps bug 94162 should be marked as fixed,
as this is an HM issue, and not a problem with Mozilla code.
