The continuous reporting changes we hope to roll out soon will be a major change for reps' workflows. We should draft some communications about it. A few that might be helpful are....

* Announcement to everyone when we're rolling it out to a subset of users for testing; specific instructions to the subset of users
* Announcement to everyone when we're rolling it out to everyone, and specific instructions for using it

:williamr, we hope to launch continuous reporting to Mentors tomorrow. Are you ready to announce it on Giorgos's signal? I think we only need to announce it to Mentors, not to everyone.

Yes. Here's a drafted message to hack on. Please confirm or edit the parts with asterisks to clarify expected functionality and testing logistics. Then once I get Giorgos's signal, I will send the message to the Mentors tomorrow.

Should we ask all Reps to brainstorm more activities or do we have enough to begin with? I'm sure as more Reps use this I am sure there will be some requests anyway that they will speak up about.

I think we have enough to start. We can add more in the future through the Reps Portal very easily.
