Details

This is very vague, but right now our only regression testing for GC pause times is gwagner noticing problems. Maybe the new Octane latency test will give us some useful testing. Ideally, the CC would be tested, too.
For CC we have plenty of telemetry data, but it of course doesn't detect issues in some particular benchmarks.
