Steps to reproduce:

Scroll up and down on random web sites. I have disabled all the plugins and I ran Firefox in safe mode and the bug still reporduces. Thunderbird has a similar issue.


Actual results:

I see black squares that seem to stick to the scroled area.

Expected results:

No black squares should apear

I found a similar bug on Thunderbird

As I stated earlier, it is not a Firefox bug. It is fixed not by xf86-video-intel 2.99.907-2. This is in the ArchLinux "extra" repository.
