It seems to be a Intel bug https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=68410

As I stated earlier, it is not a Firefox bug. It is fixed not by xf86-video-intel 2.99.907-2. This is in the ArchLinux "extra" repository.
