Description

$(shell pwd) returns a msys path on windows, and we don't use those. There's no reason we can't use $(CURDIR) or $(abspath) instead.

Don't use $(shell pwd)

This removes all $(shell pwd) that aren't in a third party or irrelevant build system. This should fix make l10n-check with mozmake.
