Open http://pecheur.info/leopard-de-mer-mange-pingouin.html and play the MP4 video at the end of the article using the HTML5 player MediaElement.js.

Result: the video starts and after a few seconds, the playback goes back to the start and stops.

The underlying issue is the seekbar goes directly to the end of the video:

The seekbar is able to go back after 5 or 10 sec of playback but returns fastly to the end of the video.
