Description

After the new bounce effect was enabled, I am unable to zoom in and out in the new Google Maps using vertical two-finger scroll. It still works in the old Google Maps.

1) Go to https://www.google.com/maps/preview (logged into an account with access)
2) Scroll up (or down) using two-finger vertical "swipe"

I can't seem to reproduce the problem anymore - not sure if we changed something, or Google did...
Closing for now. Let's reopen should this start occurring again.

I hadn't noticed at the time, but it seems we have disabled the vertical bounce (and the horizontal history swipe navigation), and that's why zoom is working again. If we end up re-enabling the bounce, it's likely this bug will return...
