The callback dialog message string introduced in bug 881863 contains a small mistake in en-US. The current version says:

```
emergency-callback-dialog-message=Telecom services and internet are disable due to emergency call back mode. Would you like to turn off the mode?
```

It should instead say:
```
emergency-callback-dialog-message=Telecom services and Internet are disabled due to emergency call back mode. Would you like to turn off the mode?
```

Matej, suggestion besides fixing the typo (disable/disabled)? It doesn't sound great, and I think you prefer avoiding passive forms.

I think we can make this a lot more straightforward:

You can not make calls, send messages or go online because emergency callback mode is enabled. Would you like to turn it off?

Thanks.
