subscribe dialog issues:

1) no header in "Subscribed" column
2) should not be able to hide "Name" column when searching newsgroups

I just need a bug to land a fix.
moving to 0.9.4, fix is in my tree.  I'll attach a patch.

This is working fine using:

Mac OS 9.1 - 2001-08-09-08
Windows 2K - 2001-08-09-04

When in the flat view, "Newsgroup name" is not in the column-picker in subscribe
and the subscribe checkbox column has the label now of "Subscribe".

Just waiting on Linux builds before marking this officially.
