Not sure if this is an issue, but from code review, but it looks like if an app registers a datastore called ‘settings’, it seems it will get the permission “indexedDB-chrome-settings”. Does that mean I can read settings indexeddb that backs the Settings API? 

Using the above permission sounds dangerous in any case, maybe we should have a separate permission prefix for datastore?
DataStore API is gone.
