1) compose a new message in gmail
2) tap the text body without a keyboard attached
result: top of the composition text input slides up too far, above the top of the screen
This bug doesn't reproduce in portrait mode due to the taller higher.

I can still reproduce this issue with the latest Nightly on Surface pro 2 with Windows 8.1 64-bit. Please see the attached screenshot for details.
