Firefox OS is launching in Serbia so we need a Serbian language version of the Notes App

Ran and Matias, can you make a google doc of the text strings available because we need to get a general sense of the amount of work to be done in order to be able to suggest a resource/contributor.

The google doc should have all the possible error messages and prompts included.
