Details

In bug 939261, we added in the other bango terms. This have to be agreed to before a payment account can be added. We should have an API for getting these, or perhaps just a note on the documentation referring to the location of all the terms? Honestly not sure of the use case for configuring payments by API yet.
Actually I think I've found a better way, ignore this.
