Alright.

Media tests are pretty orange these days. Nobody has time to properly fix them for a while. Nobody wants to disable them outright, either.

Compromise!

I propose finding the minimal set of problem test files per test per platform, and disabling as little as possible to keep everybody happy.

This has the effect of disabling all test cases with that media file in an test file, not just the one that is failing. This is still a pretty blunt instrument. But better than disabling the test wholesale.
