Alright. Media tests are pretty orange these days. Nobody has time to properly fix them for a while. Nobody wants to disable them outright, either. Compromise! I propose finding the minimal set of problem test files per test per platform, and disabling as little as possible to keep everybody happy.

This is still a pretty blunt instrument. But better than disabling the test wholesale.
