WebRTC peer connection uses UDP to negotiate connections. There is no permission associated with peerconnections, rather a packet filter is employed to enjoy a STUN check has been completed for the desired target.

Given the dropping of priority of FxOS on mobile (and hence gonk) im closinng this (stale) bug. FWIW ekr already provided input on the UDP packet filter so not sure what value I was going to add here.
