As part of the effort to "Simplify and focus localization dashboard", we want to only show 2 lists of articles on the localization dashboard:

* All articles sorted by visits (descending)
* All revisions waiting for review

We also need to keep the templates readout and link to it from the overview section at the top.
* Hopefully, we'll get to remove a bunch of the raw SQL queries along with the associated readouts no longer needed.
* We'll probably have to tweak the existing all articles query so that no categories are filtered out.
* Lots of tests need to be removed and/or tweaked.
* The overview section needs to be modified to only show the remaining readouts.

Anyway, that sounds like a 3pter.

So, I F'd up and missed the part in the tracker description that says "On the Localization tab show most visited 20 articles that need attention right now.". I skipped the "that need attention right now" part :(

Bug 951779 has been filed. I'm going to see if there is a quick fix here or if we need to rollback or what.
I just reverted this for the Holidays break. We'll re-land along with a fix for bug 951779 come the new year.
