There are several notifications that need to grow per-product subscribe options.

1- Ready for L10n
We currently have a global "Ready for L10n" notification for all en-US articles (only en-US articles can be marked as ready for l10n). As we add more products, it becomes a very noisy channel for localizers only interested in specific products. We need to add a product-specific version of this notification.

2- Approved
We currently have locale-specific "Approved" notifications. We need to add a locale-specific + product-specific version of these. For example, a spanish localizer only interested in Firefox OS can subscribe to all articles approved where `product=firefox-os` and `locale=es`.

3- Waiting for review
We currently have locale-specific "Waiting for review notifications" that locale/kb reviewers can subscribe to. We need to add locale-specific + product-specific version of these. For example, a french localizer only interested in Webmaker can subscribe to all articles approved where `product=webmaker` and `locale=fr`.

For the UI, we will keep using what we have now on the localization dashboard. But when a user is filtering the dashboard by product (https://support.mozilla.org/af/localization?product=firefox-os, for example), the notifications presented will be product-specific. We need to add some sort of message to make that obvious.
Based on all this, this is at least 3pts. If necessary, we'll break it up further.
