Steps to reproduce:
1.Go to https://marketplace.allizom.org/debug

Expected results:
Debug mode is opened(and regions can be changed from here)

Actual results:
The waiting spinning wheel is continuously displayed , but the page is never loaded

NOTES:
This is affecting the in country payments testing
Can you reproduce on dev? Stage might be a bit of a mess after the debacle last night.
No, it is not reproducible on -dev, but unfortunately the in country testers have to test on stage in order to make real purchases
In that case, this is an issue we've already resolved. This will go away when stage gets pushed. Krupa can get someone to push immediately if there is someone blocked right now.
