STR

1. Go to http://mozilla.github.io/qa-testcase-data/webapi/notifications/in tab
2. Install the Hosted App w/Permissions
3. Grant permissions in the tab
4. Show a notification in the tab
5. Show a notification in the app
6. Open the status bar select close all
7. Open the browser again

Expected

The user should return back to http://mozilla.github.io/qa-testcase-data/webapi/notifications/

Actual

The tab content process gets killed in the background. As a result, the page will reload to show http://mozilla.github.io/qa-testcase-data/webapi/notifications/ again.
