In answer to David E Ross, this may in part be a duplicate of #910700 with the exception that moving the window in my system does NOT uncover the hidden part of the bottom buttons. (I tried it just now 1/16/2014 at 5:25pm EST). If there is an "about:config" setting I can change, I would be happy with that. ( I already routinely change the browser tab close setting to 3 which gives me a single X at the far right end of the tab line to close tabs and I would hope that's never changed, or if it must be changed, it would be nice to have that added as one of the setting options)

Bug 910700 has since been closed. Do you still see your problem?
