94377 - Focus in location bar broken

There are 2 problems:
1) Tabbing does not give focus
2) Blinking of cursor not synchronised with focus event.
The combination of the two has a very unpleasant effect: Mozilla sucks!

How to reproduce this:

1. Open a new blank window (preferences must be set accordingly)
   The location bar has focus (otherwise - give focus to the location bar)
2. Press [Tab]
   Focus is lost (expected)
3. Press [Shift+Tab]
   Focus is still lost (error 1))
4. Press [Shift+Tab] again
   Focus is restored (1 too late), error 1)

Error 2) is that the cursor appears only after its first blinking time interval.
It should immediately start appearing as a solid bar and stay there for one
period and only THEN turn off .. and on again.
Shall I explain how an automotive indicator light works? I hope not.

If a user is a moderately fast typist and attempts to get into the location bar
from within a form etc as usual, then there is definitely no indication as to
when the location ar has focus or not.

Hey, this is so stupid, I hope someone takes this seriously and fixes it really
soon.

Reporter: please file only one bug per report.  Error 1 has already been
reported in bug 83575.  I am almost positive the other issue has been reported,
though I can't seem to find it at the moment.  You might want to file a new bug
on issue 2 if a query turns up null.
