Description:
The user is prompted to enter a SIM PIN after turning off airplane mode.
Repro Steps:
1) Updated Buri to Build ID: 20131126004001
2) Enable a SIM PIN on the device.
3) Turn on airplane mode.
4) Turn off airplane mode.
Actual:
The user is prompted to enter in the SIM PIN again after disabling airplane mode.
Expected:
The user is not prompted to enter in SIM PIN every time they disable airplane mode.

This issue does not occur on the Leo v 1.1.0 COM RIL

This issue occurs on Buri devices on 1.1, 1.2, and 1.3, could it be base image related?
Also, is this worth finding a 1.1 regression window for?
I used the oldest Buri 1.1 build I had saved currently and saw the same results as the most recent 1.2 and 1.3 builds. After toggling airplane mode off, the user is prompted to input their SIM pin every time.

I'm not sure it's a bug ; I've already noticed that depending on the RIL/device, airplane mode will ask or not to re-enter the SIM PIN.

Actually, I get it in v1.1 on Unagi. And I'm quite sure I get it on Android too, when I had the same SIM in. So I'd say this could be SIM or device dependent.

Yes works for me on Sony and my new SIM.
