Steps to reproduce:

Every user sending emails to the mailing list is out on hold even after they are approved as valid members https://lists.mozilla.org/admin/dev-l10n-sw/



Expected results:

I expect that emails from members to go through without moderation while those of non members to be subjected to moderation.
Any update here.
Moving over to the right product/component, this needs to be in the place where the list admins look.

Confirmed that members do not have their moderation bits set, as well non-memebers are configured to be moderated. The are the default setting, and as far as I can tell the list is configured as requested.
