STR:
1. Settings --> Wifi
2. Enable wifi
3. Get connected to any AP
4. Disable wifi
5. Enable wifi
6. Back to settings and you will see "Initializing" and then "Connected to null"

Well, I found it's due to wpa_supplicant but I cannot reproduce it other than nexus 4...
