libreoffice writer 4.1.2.3

Error saving the document "name document": 
Access to H:\uuuuu\uuuu\name document.odt was denied.

Saving as name document v2.odt is working once or twice then save as V3 is required. 

H: is network drive.

My conclusion sofar is that name document.docx does not have this issue so it seems restricted to ODT format file.

Further digged in the particular behavior.
File is opened from network drive. 
1 First Save is showing access denied behavior. 
2 Then I save as under next version x name and 
3 can save the file a number of times under the same version name.

Once I save and close file the cycle repeats itself. 

Opening file, change and do a SAVE AS leads to same behavior.

What does prevent is 
Open file, change file and do a SAVE AS under different name and then no access denied issue.

Could it be that libreoffice writer locks the old file name.odt and subsequently produces a access denied message.

Once file format is changed to docx / ms word the problem does not reappear.
