STR:
1. Go to marketplace.dev or stage (https://marketplace.allizom.org)
2. Choose an app and write a review
3. Delete or edit that review
4. Inspect the returned page
Expected results:
Returned page should be apps details page.
Actual results:
Marketplace is out of date page is returned. Clicking on "Update Now" redirects you to Developers page, where nothing happens.
