android_emulator_unittest.py launches the emulator with -debug all, but does not collect or report the emulator output. Let's report the emulator output in case there is something useful in there.

This works for me on the loaner.
I reduced the logging from "-debug all" to "-debug <some useful tags>" because -all produces tens of thousands of lines of output and most of it looks not useful. (emulator -help-debug-tags gives a list of possible options.)
The change in logging level has a curious effect on test failures. Currently mochitest-gl often crashes the emulator. With this patch, mochitest-gl usually does not crash the emulator...but mochitest-1 and mochitest-2 intermittently crash the emulator. Overall, I think the change has a positive effect.
