User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/31.0.1650.57 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce:

1.There was a crash
2. restart the browser



Actual results:

fire fox did not restore after the crash


Expected results:

browser should have asked to restore the  browser to the state it was before  crash
