Firefox 25.0.1, Mac OS X Mavericks.

In the Prefs, I add a language.

There is “Soudanais  [su]”. 
As far as I know, there is no such thing as sudanese language. In Sudan, arabic is spoken, among other languages. There is a confusion here with the sundanese language, from the Sunda Islands, 9000 km away. 
This has to be written correctly “Sundanais  [su]”.

Thanks for improving the French localization!
This is indeed a mistake, I am going to fix it.

We will avoid the English calque and go for "Soundanais [su]", which is, IMHO, better (https://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Soundanais)


(BTW, do not forget to set the product to "Mozilla Localizations" and the component to "fr / French" when you are reporting bugs related to the French localization, so that we will get instant notice and will be able to address your issue faster ;) )

The official name in French is Soundanais.
