In the browser on flatfish, open http://bit.ly/nothinghere12345 -- the seagull causes the rest of the page to become corrupted as it animates with bits of its own white. It looks like a stride or other similar issue. The gull seems to be animated using CSS + JS; the image is a png with 3 sprites, and the JS moves the CSS to display only one of them.

I'm going to move this to 1.4 to not confuse the 1.3 triage with a flatfish only issue
