STR:
1. launch contact app and quickly homescreen to go back to homescreen
2. long press on buri to get cards view
3. kill contact app
4. long press on home screen again to get cards view
5. single tap on home screen button (it should go back to home screen)
6. launch contacts app again
7. single tap on home screen button (it should go back to home screen)
8. long press on home screen again to get cards view

Expected Result after step 8:
contact app shows up in cards view
Actual Result after step 8:
no app found in cards view

this is to track the resuming of app not the issue that you can't kill the app.
