NoMemoryCardFoundforMusicApp

When user taps Music app on device with no SD card within device, message appears: 'No memory card found. Insert a memory card to listen to songs or select an alternate default media location in settings.'

On the Buri, within settings-Media Storage-Default media location, SD card is the default and only option for the user. User doesn't have the option to select an alternate default media location.

Repro Steps:

3) Tap Music App

This should be working now; the string in the NGA music app is as expected.
