1. try to log into hotmail with the wrong password at least 4 times
2. try to log into hotmail with correct password
Expected: Too many tries
Actual: Invalid username or password. Check for typos. [bad-user-or-pass]

Do you have a logcat? Also, can you clarify that this is indeed an ActiveSync account for sanity checking? https://wiki.mozilla.org/Gaia/Email/RequiredBugInfo
(If this was account setup, a screenshot could also have been useful too. But the logcat always has everything the screenshot would have and more.)
