jgmize has successfully deployed Bedrock on the PaaS as part of the Nucleus project (bug 922379). We should abstract and document that process to make it easy for others to spin up a copy of Bedrock on the PaaS for demos and experiments.

The PaaS to which this refers has now been shut-down, and our new deployment process and demo creation[0] accomplish the spirit of this bug better than we'd originally hoped in my opinion. Closing. [0] http://bedrock.readthedocs.io/en/latest/contribute.html#server-architecture
