945470 - Ebay has a rotational banner advertisement which exposes a clunky animation during transitions

On a tablet, firefox doesnt transition the ads smoothly when its rotating ads.   It's much smoother when tested on Tablet Chrome, or Desktop Firefox.

Repro:
1) install Firefox Android release (fx25) from google play store
2) Any 7" or 10" tablet (ie. i had a 4.2.2 tablet from china, but confirmed Nexus 7 and 10)
3) load ebay.com and launch the homepage
4) verify the cyber monday ad banner is not animating smoothly.  It's janky when it transitions, instead of fading in and out.

Expected:
- smooth transitions from ad to ad

ActuaL:
- jumps and janky transition

I see this on Nightly (28.0, 12/05) and across all channels on my Nexus 7 (2013). Content in the rotational banner clunks into place as seen in the video. 

Tracking? We should figure out which part of the banner might be a known Gecko issue that needs improvement.
