Description:
The back and menu buttons in email app have interactive touch areas that exceed the size of the visual button. 

Repro Steps:
1) Updated Buri to Build ID: 20131202092621
2) Open email app (with set up account)
3) Press menu button in upper left hand corner
4) Press back buttons in upper left hand corner

Actual:
Interactable area of menu and back buttons is too large for visuals.

Expected:
Button visuals match interactable area.
