Import contacts - import from SIM CTA and Memory Card CTA become disabled after user cancels import during import  

**PATH**
1) in import contacts interface select SIM card or Memory card (01 import contacts start.png)
2) in the ‘reading from...’ layer (02 import contacts layer.png) select the cancel CTA
3) observe either the SIM card or Memory Card CTA in the import contacts interface (03 import contacts cancelled.png)

**EXPECTED**
SIM card or Memory Card CTA will are still available for selection

**ACTUAL**
SIM card or Memory Card CTA will are now disabled
