Host is back online after reboot. OS did not load prior.

The machine was on the boot menu.
Rebooting does not bring it back.

that means there's a diagnostics USB drive in the system. I'll swing by scl1 after my meetings/lunch to remove it.

removed diagnostics USB and reimaged host (https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=888674#c10). please let me know if there are any other issues.
