Description:
The Hotspot status icon on the status bar is inconsistent with the other icons, in that it always appears grey, even when enabled properly and all other icons appear white when activated properly.
Repro Steps:
1) Updated Buri to Build ID: 20131126004001
2) Enable Wi-Fi Hotspot, with sim card present and wifi enabled.
3) Navigate to the status bar and observe the hot spot icon.
Actual:
Wi-fi hotspot icon appears grayed out even though others can connect via the activated hotspot.
Expected:
The icon is consistent with all other icons on the bar, and appears white when activated properly.
