If the user creates a new account they will notice the words "signing in" for a split second even though the device language is set to German

Thanks for the report, Vikas. This sounds like it could be a Persona localization glitch that we can fix in the hosted Persona flows. I've opened this issue: https://github.com/mozilla/persona/issues/4041
