Description:
The Body text field of the Compose new message screen does not completely fill allotted space, currently uses about half.

Prerequisites:
Have an email account setup in Email App

Repro Steps:
1) Updated Buri to Build ID: 20131126004001
2) Launch Email App
3) Tap on Pencil to compose new message
4) In Email Body field write multiple lines of text
5) Tap header to disable keyboard and observe body text field

Actual:
Body Text field utilizes about half of the allotted space

Expected:
Body Text field utilizes full amount of allotted space
