STR:

1. Log in to https://support.allizom.org
2. Go to https://support.allizom.org/en-US/kb/new
3. Enter all the required fields and click "Submit for Review"
4. Enter a description and click "Submit"

Expected result: The kb article is created
Actual result: A validation failure message is displayed: "Please provide a slug."
I'll look at this one. I have a hunch and I think it's a quick fix.
