Warning, this project has some video game violence in it.

If I load up: https://popcorn.webmaker.org/en-US/editor/75838/remix

in chrome, it displays the error dialog, every time.

Must be limited to Windows as it isn't happening on Mac.

Can you append a ?crashReporter=0 to the URL to get a stack trace of the error?

Totally not much help, other than the attemptJWPlayer, that's interesting. That should NOT be happening.

I'll take a look at Linux too, it might be my currently scrappy internet.
